culinary training in Europe as well as top culinary schools around the world. He has won
many prestigious awards in Europe for his unique talent. He opened his own successful
premier catering business eight years ago in Westfield, turning a downtown eatery into a
timeless café. We offer full service catering and of course, fine European Cuisine.
  We cater small intimate dinner and cocktail parties as well as events for up to three hundred guests at many different venues, customized to your own personal style. We have recently renovated our café to accommodate approximately thirty guests for in house catering as well.
  Whether your party is large or small, our attention to detail is unsurpassed. Our event planners will guide you through every detail of your event, we will help you find the venue that best fit your needs. Since we are the official cater of the James Ward Mansion in Westfield, New Jersey and many other venues we can inform you what will work best for your unique needs.
